The Silent Shield

Title: The Silent Shield

In a global arena, where peace hangs by a thread, Lone echoes resound as a veto's path is tread. Antony Blinken, the guardian of distant shores, Defends the conscience behind this unheard discourse.

Amid plights that ravage, undying scars of strife, Determination, like a beacon, lights up the night. Whispers laden with sorrow, drowning in dismay, A paradox blooms as compassion fades away.

Yet, behind that veto, flickering in his eyes, A deeper truth unfolds, masked by darkened skies. A shield cast silently, to protect the unknown, A fragile balance on diplomacy's throne.

For wars waged afar, their consequences profound, Reality's harsh melody, its echoes resound. Within this battleground, where shadows intertwine, The fragile line of defense, a burdensome shrine.

In echoes of dissent, the world plea for a truce, Painting visions of solace, as hope seeks to seduce. While decisions, cold as ice, are made in blinking time, The cost of a verdict, measured in human rhyme.

In retrospect we ponder, the choices that unfold, A tapestry of heartache, where stories yet untold. And as we search for answers, truth's relentless quest, We hope for unity, to heal the world so stressed.

Profits of Conflict

Title: Profits of Conflict

In a world wracked by strife and despair, Where hope dwindles, leaving hearts in tatters, A decision was made, one that weighs upon us all, To sell more weapons, as darkness does befall.

A veto was cast, stalling a cease-fire's plea, Ignoring pleas for peace, what tragedy to see, The cycle of violence fueled by greed, As we carelessly sow another bloody seed.

Profits grow as anger festers and swells, While innocence fades and despair compels, Is this the legacy we choose to create, Where weapons are worshipped while lives disintegrate?

Yet, amidst the chaos, a glimmer of hope, For a world united, together they grope, To dismantle the walls and build bridges of peace, To grant solace and harmony, an overdue release.

But until then, we bear witness in agony, To the consequences of our insidious apathy, Soldiers march, weapons in hand, on distant shores, While the world weeps, longing for peaceful shores.

War's Iron Dance

War's Iron Dance

In echoes of despair, a land torn asunder, Israel-Gaza's tale, a relentless thunder. Blood-soaked battleground, where innocence weeps, As nations sow seeds, violence forever reaps. Weapons of destruction, wielded with blind might, While cease-fire pleas vanish, swallowed by the night.

Mighty nations stand, their interests combined, Fueling the flames, in a calculated bind. U.S., the puppeteer, pulls strings from afar, Selling more weapons, ignoring wounds and scars. Vetoes cast with apathy, hearts turned to stone, As shattered lives crumble, their hopes overthrown.

Children bear witness to a twisted crusade, Where peace becomes a game, endlessly delayed. In shattered homes, dreams crumble like the walls, Innocence eradicated as darkness falls. Hopes drowned in sorrow, the tears never cease, As restless souls plead for a lasting release.

Yet amid the chaos, compassion remains, Voices rise in unity, breaking the chains. Resilient hearts longing for a future serene, Fighting hatred's grip, with love they intervene. Humanity's anthem, chants for peace to reign, Echoing across deserts, ending this vicious pain.

Echoes of Pain

Title: Echoes of Pain

In the shadow of endless strife, Lies a land torn apart by grief. Where cries of anguish pierce the air, Hearts burdened with a weight so deep.

Amidst the chaos and despair, Voices rise, pleading for reprieve. Yet in the halls of power, silence prevails, As hope takes a backseat to political deceit.

Wounded souls seek refuge, but find none, As violence reigns with an iron hand. Innocence shattered, dreams turned to dust, Piercing wounds that scar this ancient land.

The world looks on with judgment's eye, Questioning the price of power and greed. The cease-fire veto, a bitter pill swallowed, Depriving the desperate of the peace they need.

Oh, Israel and Gaza, locked in this plight, When will compassion outweigh the fight? When will the cries of the oppressed be heard? And mercy restore what hatred has burned?
