We must stop to keep our health top-notch, While knowing that pain and death we can avoid. Processed items we must not attach, By being mindful of the danger we can deploy.
We must follow the nutrient dense food pyramid, For our body needs the essential vitamins and minerals. That will protect us from these damning risks, Keeping us healthy regardless what they tell us.
Fruits and vegetables is what we should gather, Proteins for different sources to discover. But the sugar-sweet items we must tatter, For they are not part of our daily lover.
We can't undo what we already did, But we can prevent the future from being so grim. Through discipline and diligence we can rid, Ourselves of the cancer and other killers so trim.
