Unflinching, she steps out of the room, Power on full display that day. Gathering what dignity she can, A blatant disregard she can’t stay.
Strength flowing through her veins, Careful words expressed in haste. Her courage never wavering in sight, Uplifting values that she won’t replace.
Standing tall and firm before all, Rights she won’t accept repress. Resistance with pure intent in her heart, Serving a cause to bless.
So away she proudly walks, A standing ovation she just received. An example through her display of grace, Love, equality and justice will be achieved.
She filled the room with a sense of power, Light and hope to those in fray. Sparking spirited conversations to come, Leading our way out of this day.
For what she did requires no reward, And no one can take that away. She’s living color of yet a better world, Walking away with pride, come what may.
