Missing Teen Found

image generated by AI inspired in the poem

Grief has spread, arrests made too, Though what's been found, none can undo. Remains of a missing teen, with such sorrow, Heartache for a life filled with regret.

Truth unravels from shouts of protest, Courage amidst fear that never rests. How can a life be welcomed with fury? Thoughts we have, don't seem to agree.

Love that was shattered by immense loss, Dreams that linger like a funeral procession A search for justice echoes throughout, For the life taken, an intense mourning.

Pain and fury that both linger and linger, Anger that won't let go, looking for answers. Aftermath of pain, and the aimless climb, Toward the questions with no reasons why.

Reality enters the hope of the fight, A search for truth that won't soothe us all. Compel us ever to the questions that surface, Bringing joy to the answers we deserve.

Peace can be found in faith and illuminate, Departure of a life so vigorous we can plea, Reminders of life, take our hands and grasp. Though none will replace, life lost through tragedy's grasp.
